The friendly Woodseats Festival Group meets regularly on Monday evenings at Woodseats Methodist Church on Holmhirst Road.

We are very grateful to Woodseats Methodist Church for allowing us to use their rooms for our meetings. Everyone is welcome!

Meetings not for you? There are lots of other ways that you can support the festival:

  • Please buy a Festival Raffle ticket – The raffle ensures that we can keep most festival events free of charge, and there are some great prizes to be won!
  • Help out as a steward at festival events – We'd be ever so grateful and a lovely festival T-shirt will be yours! Contact us to volunteer.
  • Book a stall at the Craft Fair or Family Funday – stalls are free to charities and community groups

There are lots and lots of ways to contribute to the festival and we will warmly welcome your input and enthusiasm. You can contact us here.
