How you can help the Festival
We are extremely grateful to those who have already supported Woodseats Festival either by sponsorship, advertising, donating or just simply volunteering their time and energy free of charge.
But more help is always welcome, so whether you are an individual or a local business or community group there are many ways you can get involved:
- Join the friendly Woodseats Festival Group and help us to book and organise the festival – We are all volunteers who live locally
- Book a stall at the festival – Involved in a local charity? Got a classic car to show-off? Want to tell people in Woodseats about your group? - Stalls are free for charities, community groups and anyone who’s not-for-profit
- Help out on the day as a steward
- Offer a prize for the festival raffle or tombola
- Buy a raffle ticket – or even better, sell some raffle tickets for the festival
- Showcase your talents - book a stall at the craft fair, show your work for free at the art & craft exhibition, or come and perform on stage!
